CONSTRUCTION SERVICES COMPANY was formed in 1997 as a full service General Contractor offering mechanical and electrical services to the industry. While being successful at both ventures, the emphasis is on the Instrumentation and Electrical Division; this being the field of expertise and main interest of the owners.

C.S.C. is capable of providing support to our clients through various stages of project development. It can be as a lump sum turnkey, construction-only package, or time and material; we are flexible to meet your needs.

C.S.C. offers Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering servies through association with a reputable Texas-based company. This relationship with a well-established engineering firm helps our company to move quickly on any design or project problems which might arise for our customers.

C.S.C. has a group of Instrumentation and Electrical Technicians capable of handling any problem that arises. Their services are backed by many years of experience in both the industrial and commercial fields; oil field facilities, petrochemical plants, refineries, power generating plants and others.

Our Instrumentation/Control Technicians have a broad range of skills working with systems from simple loop to mainframe systems and field instruments. They are capable of design selection, application and installation of analyzers, control systems, PC Computer instrumentation, and distribution control systems.

Construction Services Company also provides specialty services for our customers, such as networking cabling and installation, alarm and security system rough in, and installation and termination of fiber optics.

The mechanical division of C.S.C. provides services that ad to the strength of our Instrumentation and Electrical department. Whenever required, we are backed by a group of personnel such as operators, welders, and laborers and supplied with the proper equipment to to the job.
